Digital Twin Builder Workshop

Build enterprise-grade AI agents your team will actually approve — in four live sessions. You keep everything you build.

Sept 17 – Oct 8, 2026

8:00 – 9:30 AM Pacific

All sessions will include a workbook, notes, and companion digital twin.

Ten seats

$2,500 early-bird (through ~Sept 17) / $3,000 after

The Problem

Every team in your organization is already accruing Verification Debt — the gap between the AI capabilities being adopted informally (a marketing clone here, a knowledge bot there) and the governance your board could actually defend if asked. Most of that debt is invisible until an auditor, a regulator, or a customer asks the one question nobody prepared for: who verified this, and how do you know it’s still true?

Digital twins and AI agents are arriving in every organization whether or not there’s a plan for them. The teams that win aren’t the ones who move fastest — they’re the ones who can show their work.

This workshop is not a tutorial on how to spin up a chatbot. It's a governed, repeatable method for deciding which twin to build,

how to scope it so it doesn't become shadow IT, and

what evidence you need from day one so it survives contact with a compliance review.

What You'll Actually Build

Over three sessions, you’ll take one real use case from your organization — not a hypothetical — through a complete build cycle: Diagnose → Design → Deploy → Defend.

Diagnose (Sept 22) Name the pain before you name the tool.

  • The Tier 1 / Tier 2 taxonomy: personal, contained assistant vs. corporate, governed agent — and why conflating them is where most AI pilots quietly become risk exposures
  • Building the business case: framing AI adoption in terms your CFO and your board will actually approve
  • Budget planning across the two most common implementation substrates (Microsoft/Azure-native vs. neutral stack) so you’re pricing the right thing
  • Exercise: map your own candidate use case against the Tier 1/Tier 2 model

Design (Oct 6) Pick the pain, name the corpus, check the guardrails, define the win.

  • Choosing what your twin actually knows: scoping the corpus so it’s useful without becoming an ungoverned data-exposure risk
  • Governance as a design input, not an afterthought — access, provenance, drift monitoring, and audit trail from the first architecture decision
  • Live walkthrough of real agent builds (organizational-knowledge agents vs. individual-expertise agents) so you see the distinction in practice, not theory
  • Exercise: draft your twin’s guardrails and define what “done” looks like

Deploy (Oct 20) Configuration, roadmap, and the handoff.

  • Hands-on configuration walkthrough on the substrate that fits your environment
  • Building your 12-month agent roadmap: which twin comes first, second, third
  • Group Q&A and pressure-testing: bring your build, get direct feedback from Steve and the room
  • Your workshop twin goes live — a course-trained companion bot, yours to keep and query for 90 days

Live 4-session cohort · Starts Sept 17

Build your own governed AI twin. Live, in four sessions.

Everyone’s spinning up AI clones. Most are shadow IT waiting to happen. In this workshop you build a working digital twin on your own real use case — governed from the first decision, defensible to a board — and leave owning the pattern, not just the bot.

Thursdays

Sep 17 · 24 · Oct 1 · 8

Seats

10 only

Price

$2,500 early / $3,000

Early-bird through ~Sept
10. Cohort caps at 10.

For architects, CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, risk & compliance leaders, and privacy officers in regulated or risk-sensitive organizations. No technical background required — bring a real use case.

Why now

Every team is already accruing Verification Debt.

AI clones and agents are showing up in your organization with or without a plan — and the gap between what’s being adopted and what your board could defend keeps growing. It stays invisible until an auditor, a regulator, or a customer asks:

Who verified this — and how do you know it's still true?

The AI Operating Discipline

One phase per session. One twin by the end.

Session 1

Diagnose

Name the pain before you
name the tool.

Session 2

Design

Set the guardrails before
the build.

Session 3

Deploy

Build it live. Watch it
answer.

Session 4

Defend

Prove it’s still true — and
keep proving it.

This is the discipline that makes the difference between a bot that works in a demo  and a twin your board can stand behind. You’ll build through all four phases — and know why each one matters.

Four Thursdays, four wins

Every session ends with something in your hands.

You work on one real use case from your own organization — not a hypothetical. Simple tools, free trial accounts, no installs, nothing to buy.

Thu · Sep 17

Diagnose

Pick your highest-value twin and leave with a use-case map your board would recognize as a plan.

Thu · Sep 24

Design

Decide what it knows, what it may say, and who may ask — your guardrails spec, pressure-tested by the room.

Thu · Oct 1

Deploy

Build alongside us, step by step. By the end of the session your twin is live and answering from your own material.

Thu · Oct 8

Defend

Set up the checks that catch drift and keep the answers true — and leave with a verification plan an auditor would accept.

What you walk out with

You keep everything.

A working governed twin, built by you on your real use case

The complete workbook: use-case map, guardrails spec, roadmap, verification plan

Your build — portable and re-usable, yours forever

90 days of a workshop-trained companion bot for follow-up questions

This is not a build-for-you engagement. You leave owning the pattern and the reasoning — so your team can build the next twin without us in the room.

Why this

Not a DIY course. Not a vendor demo.

You build it yourself

Guided, step by step, live — no technical background needed. The twin that goes live in Session 3 is yours, answering from your material.

Governed from the first decision

Every step runs through the same discipline your compliance team will eventually apply anyway — so nothing gets retrofitted after a review flags it.

Judgment, not just a build

Any tool can spin up a clone. The scarce skill is knowing what to scope, what to govern, and what evidence to keep. That’s what you take home.

Ten seats, direct access

You work alongside Steve Tout and Heather Vescent across all four sessions, on your actual use case — not from the back of a webinar.

Who this is for

A real use case and a governance mandate.

You’re evaluating AI agents or digital twins for an organization where “it works” isn’t enough — it has to hold up in front of a board, a regulator, or a security review. You have a candidate use case in mind, even a rough one. And you’d rather own the judgment yourself than outsource it to a vendor.

Not for you if you want a done-for-you build, or if governance isn’t part of your evaluation criteria.

FAQ

Before you reserve.

Do I need to be technical?
No. The build session is fully guided, step by step, on simple tools with a written runbook — and we hold office hours before it in case anything in your setup needs a hand. You need a real use case, not a technical background.
One real candidate use case from your organization — even a rough one — and a laptop. Before the build session, you’ll set up free trial accounts using our 10-minute checklist. Nothing to install, nothing to buy.
No — and that’s deliberate. You build it yourself, guided live, so you leave owning the pattern and the reasoning. If you want a fully managed build, ask us about Identient’s delivery services separately.
The four sessions build on each other, so live attendance matters. Recordings are available, but the value is in the room — clear four Thursdays.
A second cohort forms for Q4. We keep this deliberately small rather than expand seats.

Ten seats. Four Thursdays. Your governed twin, live by October 1.
