A Founder’s Memo from Identient
When I set out to build Identient, I wasn’t thinking about AI first.
I was thinking about people—the experts, advisors, authors, and operators whose knowledge actually moves the world forward.

Every interaction will credit you, visibly and explicitly.
Your expertise will never be separated from your name.
No surprises.
No “hidden training.”
No repurposing of your work for unrelated models or tools.
You will always know exactly how your contributions are used.
When your twin creates value, you will share in that value.
We structure profit sharing to reward verified expertise, providing creators with recurring revenue each time their twin is used, booked, or licensed by organizations.
You choose the tone, boundaries, ethics, and allowable content for your twin.
If your work has limits, we respect those limits.
Your twin is an extension of you—not a distortion of you.
Our platform is opt-in at every moment.
If you ever decide to step away, we’ll delete your data, your embeddings, and your model artifacts. No friction. No penalties. No lingering shadow copies.
Your uploads will be protected.
Your identity will be verified and honored.
Your expertise will not be misused, misrepresented, or taken out of context.
Fraudulent content, plagiarism, misinformation, and abuse undermine the integrity of the entire ecosystem.
We defend against them vigorously so your work is showcased alongside equally credible experts.
We maintain strong standards to ensure the platform represents the best of professional expertise.
We do not host adult content, political activism, drugs, weapons, or other categories that degrade trust.
This protects you—and protects your brand.
Identient is built on a simple promise:
